1st Quarter
Turf Replacement
The current turf field is in year 12 and in need of immediate replacement. The average life of a turf field is about 10 years. This field is currently used by school and youth athletic teams, band and community.
3rd Quarter
Grandstands
The stands are over 70 years old and in need of repair. There are accessibility issues that need to be addressed and the in order to meet updated safety codes, need to be replaced.
2nd Quarter
Track Replacement
The track has significant issues and is almost unusable. We are seeking to make this an 8 lane track to ensure the ability to host events that could serve as a revenue stream.
4th Quarter
New Light/Finishings
New lights and poles will provide the opportunity to cut electric and maintenance costs. There will also need to be updates to bathrooms, retaining wall and a new fence.
